We get many queries on a daily basis, many of which can be answered very easily without the need to contact us. Payment:
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa Credit/Delta/Electron, MasterCard, Solo & Switch/Maestro. We do not accept American Express. We only accept credit cards issued by UK banks, registered to a UK address.
Do you accept purchase orders or arrange credit agreements?
No. We only accept web orders using a credit card. We do not invoice or set-up credit agreements.
Can I receive a discount for bulk-buying?
No. You will find our prices are some of the lowest you will find on the internet. To maintain these fantastic prices it means our profit margins are very small, so we are unable to lower prices any further.
Can you provide me with a VAT receipt?
Yes. Once your order is processed and fulfilled we can forward a VAT receipt at your request.
Delivery:
What are the delivery options?
We currently offer two methods of delivery: Free 7 Working Day delivery & 4 Working Day Delivery - £2.99. We strive to deliver your item within this timescale. If we encounter any problems with sourcing stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know your delivery may be delayed.
Can you tell me exactly when my item will be delivered?
No. We are unable to give you a time or date your item will be delivered. What we can say is that we attempt to process orders as quickly as possible, so in some cases you may receive your order in as little as two working days, but be prepared for it to take up to seven if you have selected this option.
Can you deliver to an alternative address?
No. In normal circumstances we can only deliver to the address where the credit card you are using is registered. We will not deliver to an alternative residential address. However, if you would like the order delivered to a registered business premises we can attempt to arrange this for you.
Can I collect my item from you directly?
No. You are not able to collect from us directly. Our registered business address is an office and not a warehouse. Stock we procure is distributed from a range of suppliers directly to your door and these suppliers are not able to arrange personal collections.
Do you ship outside of the UK/Ireland?
No. Currently we only deliver item to mainland UK, which means England, Wales and Scotland. We do not deliver to islands surrounding the UK such as the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish coastal isles.

Are your products brand new?
Yes. All the products listed on our website are brand new and are sourced from licensed UK distributors.
Are your products officially licensed?
Yes. All products carry original parts, software and documentation from their respective manufacturers.
Do you provide product upgrades/downgrades?
We only stock complete, boxed retail units. We do not open or alter any products and are unable to carry out any hardware or software upgrades or downgrades. Any product upgrades you may wish to attempt yourself are carried out at your own risk and may void any warranty associated with your product.

I visited your website yesterday and the price has changed for the product I was interested in. Why has this happened?
We try our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and competitive prices on the internet. However, the technology retail sector is very volatile and product stock levels and prices can change on a daily basis. Using IntoScape technology we can monitor these fluctuations and ensure that we provide the most up-to-date prices to ensure we can give you the best price we can and fulfil your order.
